Feature Alert:  Sketch contains failed external references

A deleted or missing reference will usually raise this alert for a sketch .  The Persistent Relations Browser can be launched from the Ribbon Bar to find the Out-of-Date relation due to the reference being deleted.  Once the object is found in the browser (look for the out-of-date icon), the user can highlight it, right mouse button click and select Delete from the menu.  This action will remove the included geometry and relation from the sketch.  Once the sketch has been exited, the alert should be cleared, and a new persistent relation can be established if necessary.  Please note that multiple missing references could exist in the Persistent Relations Browser and will need to be satisfied before the alert clears.
