NX Unable to create spline in drawing view

When trying to create a sketch spline in a drawing view, it is not created on the view plane but on the orthogonal plane.

Reproduced Step:

1. Create a view (other than Top) in a drawing sheet

2. Select a view boundary > Active Sketch View > go to Sketch tab > Spline

3. Create a spline whenever you want

This behavior is NX bug that only occurs in NX 2306 Series and will be fixed in NX 2312 Series.

Workaround : Create a sketch shape other than a spline ( such as line, circle or etc.) in advance and create a spline. Then, delete the unnecessary sketch shapes created in advance.

This behavior occurs when the coordinate system of the drawing view is other than XY plane (Top view).
