Solid Edge Which FlexLM License Server will work with Solid Edge 2024 ?

In this scenario, a customer finds that the FlexLM License Server delivered with Solid Edge 2023 will not work with Solid Edge 2024.  

When using the FlexLM License Server from Solid Edge 2023, they get the following error message:

Which FlexLM License Server version is needed for Solid Edge 2024 ?

With Solid Edge 2024 we also provide a new FlexLM License Server version.  This can be found within Support Center > Solid Edge 2024 >Solid Edge 2024 Add-ons:

When unzipping the SptTools_2024_2310.zip, you will see the following:

This License Server is version 2.2.0 which replaces the ugslmd vendor daemon with the new common saltd vendor daemon.
