NX Path Selection is turned on, but it's missing from the Selection Scene Bar

Path Selection is turned on in Selection Group, but it's missing from the Selection Scene Bar.

According to the NX Documentation,  Optimize Curve must be disabled in Modeling Preferences in order for Path Selection to be available.  Once Stop at Intersection is turned ON (circled below), Path Selection will be available in the Selection Scene Bar.

If a file was created Pre-NX12.0 where Optimize Curve is off by default, Path Selection will be available in these legacy files.
