Solid Edge In Solid Edge 2023 a user can only place some piping parts

In this scenario, a user is confused because in the Piping environment they were able to make use of some piping parts but for others they got a message about not having the correct license to place them.

The reason for this is that the user does not have a valid license to use piping parts.  In order to do so they would need the product 'Solid Edge Piping Library'.  However, that does not explain why they could place some of those piping parts from their Standard Parts database.

With every Standard Parts release we deliver some master parts which you find in your Standard Parts folder 3D-Standard_Parts_V19.95.  Those master parts are free to use without requiring the corresponding Piping License.

Additional parts from the Piping Library will be found in the Standard Parts folder 3D-Standard_Parts_V20.00 and can only be placed with the product 'Solid Edge Piping Library'.

Solid Edge Piping Library (SE324) is reflected in the license as component 'sepipingcomponents'.
