NX Preventing Duplicate Zero Dimensions When Inserting Ordinate Dimensions

When applying Ordinate Dimensions to geometry on an NX Drawing Sheet, how do you prevent duplicate zero dimensions from being inserted.

There are two Baseline options available on the Ordinate Dimension dialog:

Activate Baseline
Activate Perpendicular

These options can be selected prior to, or while, applying the Ordinate Dimensions.  Either deselect the relevant option on the dialog, or right mouse click in the graphics display and uncheck whichever option is not desired.  As a result, only one dimension is created.
