NX PMI Surface Finish Symbol cannot be flipped with flag leader

PMI Surface Finish Symbol cannot be flipped with flag leader.

Replication steps.

1.       Place a PMI SFS with flag leader

2.       Notice it SFS cannot be flipped to other side.

The option "Update Reading Direction after View Rotate" available in PMI Preference->PMI General/Setup->Display-Display Group should be turned OFF for the surface finish symbol to automatically change its orientation when placed it on the opposite side of the leader line.

In addition,  When "Update Reading Direction after View Rotate" is turned OFF,  “Invert Text” option will be available in ‘Surface Finish’ dialog for inverting the texts used with the Surface Finish Symbol.
