The Notification Center is not displayed in Teamcenter Integration with NX but it is displayed in Native NX.

Solution

You can see the notification center after performing the operation in Manage mode. see below snapshot.

Notification Center is used by some NX applications to report an event/ setup error or other such notifications.

It becomes visible only after the first event is received.

In the native case (image below), a notification card is created for the condition where the Xcelerator license is found but the corresponding connector application isn't installed. Hence the Notification Center becomes visible.

In the managed case, probably you haven't hit any workflow which makes use of this Notification Center for reporting any events. Hence the Notification Center isn't visible.

Multiuser notification functionality needs a specific setup (4 tier, presence of multi-user notifications license...etc). So, if these basic conditions aren't met, the customer defaults/ entrypoints corresponding to this functionality are also not made visible .

The 'Automatically Follow All Loaded Parts' setting is specific to Multi-user notification functionality. This setting controls whether a user wants to subscribe all loaded parts automatically and receive notifications for them.

Though this functionality uses the Notification center to notify user, that setting doesn't affect the visibility of Notification Center as such.

It will still get the visibility if any other application notifies user through it.
