NX "VCHIO" addition to MCF (simulation generates parse error while testing)

OKUMA has different controller modes. The supported variable names depend on this mode. The mode is changed with the CSE command SetControllerMode. Calling SetControllerMode("millinglathe") should establish the mode that supports variables starting with "VC".

Our default (used in OKUMA.CCF) is SetControllerMode("milling"). You need to change this if this machine requires a different mode.
