Solid Edge Standard Parts SQL Express fails to install with Long Path names to SQL Media

Standard Parts SQL Express fails to install with a failure in Global Rules steps with "Long path names to files on SQL Server Installation Media"

This occurs when SQL Express Media is having long path. To overcome this

1. Extract  ‘StandardPartsAdministrator_2022_ENGLISH.exe’ 

2. From extracted ‘\Standard Parts Administrator\ISSetupPrerequisites\Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Express for SE’ used Setup.exe

3. ‘Setup.exe’ further needs to extracted 

5. Copy this extracted Setup folder to D driver at root and run SETUP file from this folder.

This will avoid the long path and earlier failed "Long path names to files on SQL Server Installation Media" will be Passed
