UGCAMTemplateData and template_part_planner.dat

Starting TC13.2, the UGCAMTemplateData named references are pointing to several different template_part_planner.dat files.

There is one template_part_planner_xxxx.dat file for each NX version.

Make sure, you install all the cam templates (tcin_cam_template_setup.bat) for each version of NX running in your Teamcenter database.
