NX Machining Environment dialog box and Manufacturing Preferences --> Configuration

Machining Environment should be displayed as seen in the image below...

The Manufacturing Preferences --> Configuration tab has no data in "Configuration File" or "Template Set" (please see image below)

1. Please review attached video.

2. Start the Gateway application

3. Review the bundles that are present in your NX session.  (Application: Gateway ) ... select... (File-->Utilities-->Select Bundles)

4. Select the SHOPSDM bundle and remove it ... (please see the image below)
