Solid Edge Physical Thread disabled with certain hole types

Certain hole types have the Physical Thread command disabled; why?

The Physical Thread command is disabled for holes created using the hole diameter options Tap Drill Diameter or Nominal Diameter. This is working as designed and is documented in the Solid Edge Help:

The workaround to enable the Physical Thread command is to instead create the hole using the Internal Minor Diameter option. This is also true for external threads.
