Solid Edge Cannot checkout or start Solid Edge Inspector

Cannot checkout or start Solid Edge Inspector - the icon is grayed out in the UI:

Solid Edge Inspector is a Solid Edge Portfolio add-on product that has a separate software download and install file.

Downloading and installing the add-on software from Support Center should resolve the issue.
