NX Unable to create specification drawing from Master model due to File New lack template

When attempting to create a specification drawing from master model, the File New dialog does not contain any specification type relation template

After examining the drawing template PAX file, confirmed it contains the proper relation type setting:

Examine the following Customer Defaults to make sure "Master Model Support" is toggled ON:

Once the above Customer Defaults is toggled on, and with proper drawing template PAX file relation type setting, now able to create master model specification drawing:
