Solid Edge Subassemblies do not expand during "Mirror Component"

In this scenario, the User is not able to expand the lower level assemblies - to select if they want to mirror, or rotate their components - when they try to "Mirror Components".

When user has set the action to "Rotate", only a new occurrence of the original document is placed, see help:

Because it is the same subassembly, there are no possibilities to chose different actions for components, and therefore the user can not expand the subassembly.

However, if the user sets the action to "Mirror", then new, mirrored components will be placed.  Since they are new, the user can select different actions for the components, and so they will be allowed to expand:
