Solid Edge Flatten - Blank Body command not works properly

For non-administrator users the Flatten command not working properly.

Gives an error "Part Not Modified: Edit the feature input."

But for users those has administrative privilege the Flatten command works fine.

The Blank command uses Femap solver, so it could be to do with Femap (femapapi.exe) not able to auto run without Admin privileges.

Some companies IT use group policy doesn't allows execution of auto run executables for all users.

- Please check with IT person if the user policy value for the AutoPlay Policies >> "Set the default behaviour for AutoRun" or "Enabled: Do not execute any autorun commands"?

Set AutoPlay Policies >> "Set the default behavior for AutoRun" for all non-administrator users.
