NX Running Custom_Symbol-Installation.bat in native mode does not install any custom symbol files

Running the Custom Symbol installation bat file in native mode does not install the Custom Symbol library successfully, as the folder defined by the Folder Structure / Install Path is empty after the install wizard completes.

The accompany DOS window shows the following error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\Siemens\Symbols Library\CustomSymbols\Fastners\symbol_cap_screw.sym.bmp

(The system cannot find the path specified)

It is possible there is permission issue writing to the Program Files folder on C:\ drive.

Please create a new folder that does not have any permission limitation. Then set the Folder Structure Install Path to it. This is done by clicking the browse... icon at the end of the field, browse to select or create a new folder, the folder named Symbol Library will automatically append to that new selected folder.
