NX Default Seed Part for Parts without NX Datasets

If part has no NX dataset in Teamcenter and it is opened in NX, how do I control which seed part is used to create the new part?

The behaviour of NX when an item is opened in NX which doesn't have a NX dataset are controlled in the customer defaults for Teamcenter Integration > General > Parts without NX Datasets. 

If the Display Select Template Dialog box is set to Yes, then a dialog will displayed allowing a template to be selected.

If this is set to No then the Default Seed part will be used. However there are some important notes for using this value

- The value for Default Seed Part is the Part name (not the Item ID) of the seed part

- The item for the seed part must reside in the "Unigraphics Seed Parts" folder in Teamcenter.

- If this value is incorrect or empty and the Display Select Template Dialog Box is set to NO, then the first item listed in the Unigraphics Seed Parts folder will be used.
