NX Add component is always applying FIX constraint

Add component is always applying FIX constraint

It's likely that the component has a "Remembered Constraint" type FIX that it was saved with. The following link to the NX docs explains this:

The only way to remove the remembered constraint is to delete the FIX constraint after it's loaded into any assembly and then SAVE the component.
