When trying to simulate the Robot, an error is displayed "The number of NC axes in the kinematic model is exceeded."
SolutionNote: The Robot must be opened in "Machine Tool Builder" and the axes must be corrected. In the image below...J1 thru J6 should not be defined as an NC Axis. The correction has been made on the junctions as seen in the image below.
Please review the attached video prior to continuing with the solution.
Edit each Junction. In the example above, MB3 on J1 and select "Edit Axis". Be sure to clear out the check box for "NC Axis". Please check each Junction before saving the part file. The image below displays the parameter "NC Axis" that needs to be unchecked in our example.
