Solid Edge Unable to move dimensions of imported DWG

In this example, the user imports a DWG into a Solid Edge Draft file.  They subsequently find that it is not possible to move the dimensions attached to the view.

The result is that only the curves and lines will be moved, whilst the dimensions will not be moved.

The workaround to this is to "Show" the hidden translation layer in the Layers window.

Now it will be possible for the dimensions to be moved.
