NX Manufacturing assembly load options

Customer has the NX assembly load options set to partially load, but the CAM setup always fully loads the assembly.

There is an "Always Fully Load Assembly" customer default specifically for manufacturing that overrides the global assembly load options. We can turn this off to make manufacturing obey the global NX assembly load options:
