Preview Image Slowing Down Adding Component to Large Assemblies

 When working with large assemblies, the 'Preview Image' display may slow down adding components to an assembly.

 Turn off the following Customer Default under Gateway->User Interface-> Options tab-> Show Preview on Part Thumbnails in Dialogs and restart NX.
