How can a Solid Edge Sheet Metal file be transferred to 2D nesting?

2D Nesting is a stand alone product that will open Solid Edge files and extract the flat pattern data (as long as it exists), or will open DXF files. The button inside Solid Edge simply launches the product. (Tools -> Environs -> 2D Nesting) If you are extracting flat pattern data from Solid Edge files, then a Solid Edge seat MUST be on same machine as 2D Nesting. If the user is only opening DXF files, then it can be used stand-alone.
