NX How to move a section view independently of the parent view

How to move a Section View independently of the parent view.

For an existing Section View:

1. Hover the cursor over the existing Section View, 'MB3-->View Alignment'.

2. Under the 'List' grouping, should be the Placement Method used for the Section View.

     This most likely has a listing for 'Hinge', since this is the default.

3. Highlight the 'Hinge' Method, and select the 'Delete' icon (X).

4. Cancel the View Boundary dialog.

The Section View should now move independently of the Section Parent View.

For a new Section View:

1. In the Section View dialog, specify the location for the Section Line.

2. Before placing the Section View itself, expand the 'View Origin' grouping in the dialog.

3. Expand the 'Placement' sub-grouping.

4. Toggle the Method to 'Inferred'.

5. Place the Section View.

The Section View should move independently of the Section Parent View.
