NX Part families "could not connect to Spreadsheet

Solution provided to perform Part cleanup and save the family

Here is what I did to correct the one attached to this IR.

Take a backup of the part file.

File - Utilities - Part Cleanup 

Select as shown below

Select Ok.

Now try opening the spreadsheet via Part family by selecting as shown below:

Once the data is opened in Spreadsheet - Goto - Add-ins - Save Family from the dropdown.

Now click Ok and Hit Save.
