Using a native Solid Edge draft file that has a 1:1.33 scale. When this draft file is converted to DXF, using the Batch Converter tool (Batch.exe), the scale of the DXF changes.
This may simply be an issue where the SEACAD.ini file is not properly setup.
After opening the Draft, and selecting Save As Translated, click the [Options...] button on the Save As dialog. This will activate the Translation Wizard...
In Step 1 make sure "Export to paper space" is disabled.
Click Next > to go to Step 2
In Step 2 set the option to "Use base view scale".
Also, decide on your Sheet Options.
For a multi-sheet draft you may want to enable "All sheets to separate files".
Once you have selected the appropriate settings, click the <Back button to go back to Step 1
Now you will enable "Export to paper space".
When you enable "Export to paper space" if you select Next > it will skip the options for Scaling and Sheet Options. However, those options are still used when saving the DXF file.
And finally, in Step 6 save a new configuration file
The example above uses a custom mySEACAD.ini. If you make any changes you cannot overwrite the original SEACAD.ini; you must save it with a new name. Once you do this, the custom INI file becomes the default. So, when you run Batch.exe it should use your custom SEACAD.ini. Otherwise, it will use the original unmodified INI, which has the incorrect scale defined.
