NX Try to delete model view keeps failing "The sketch work view may not be deleted"

Trying to delete model view keeps failing with "The sketch work view may not be deleted"

While attempting to delete model views NX could raise the following message when trying to delete certain views:

Since there may be no visible sketches in the part,  it may possibly be legacy sketches.  To confirm this launch the Pre-v13 sketch editor

)and if there are they will appear in a list as seen below

Select the first sketch and performed a Delete

Selecting OK deleted the sketch despite the "Error"

Do this for all the remaining sketches

At this point you should then able to select each of the unwanted views and Delete them as expected
