NX NX session hangs opening File -> New

When the user selects the FILE > NEW menu in NX, NX will hang and the dialog is never presented to the user.  

In some cases if the user account that was used to install NX has been removed from the system other users will not be able to use the FILE > NEW menu.

Setting the following system environment variable will resolve this issue:

UGII_FILENEW_BYPASS_OWNER_NAME_QUERY=1

Once set, users should be able to use the FILE -> NEW menu in NX.
