Sketch shows mirrored dimensions, and you can drag both dimensions at the same time, but you can't delete the mirrored dimensions.

“Mirror Display” is the one creating this effect.
Go to Menu -> View -> Operation -> Mirror Display.
You can toggle this on or off.
