When a user leaves a large assembly open in Solid Edge during lunch break, then returns and tries to save and check in the assembly, a Teamcenter runtime exception occurs.

Solution

Increase the SOFT_TIMEOUT_STATELESS in the pool manager to 80 or 90 minutes, how ever much time is needed to cover the user's idle time.
