NX Flattening a face changes its length

A cylindrical face is flattened using the "Flattening and Forming" command, but it is created with a different length than the source face before flattening.

Reproduced Steps:

1. After creating a cylinder, divide the face at the position you want to flatten

2. Flattening and forming command > select the face to flatten

3. Compare the source face edge and flattened face edge length

The behavior is working as expected.

"Flattening and Forming" command does not use the tolerance value defined in the “Modeling Preferences", it uses a fixed value "0.001" set inside the command.
