NX dialog windows appearing in odd places when launched from RAC

NX dialog windows appearing in odd places with 4k monitors in NX launched from the RAC.

The following steps have been shown to correct that problem in most cases:Users need to explicitly set a compatibility state on the "ugraf.exe" image in the nxbin directory. This assigned compatibility overrides the implicit compatibility that NX was picking up having been launched from the RAC.
