Solid Edge Features error when doing Backup Save for PAR and PSM files

In this scenario, the user set the Solid Edge option "Automatically preserve documents" by creating backup copies.  

When they open the created backup file, the features of the original part (PAR) or sheet metal (PSM) files are in error state.

The Backup save was designed not to save the feature's Parasolid information for performance (speed and space) reasons.

The solution is to open the file and recompute the base feature in order to remove the errors and get the file back to working condition.
