NX Selection filter set to Component does not work with Reference Sets dialog

This was a regression starting in NX 1953 thru NX 2206 and has been resolved in NX 2212 and NX 2306

Possible workarounds are to select the components in the Assembly Navigator or use Show/Hide to only show components and set the selection filter to No Selection Filter.
