NX "Internal error: illegal instruction" while trying to save NC part

NX 1973.4001

Teamcenter Integration: Server version: V11000.2.7.81_20200106.00

Teamcenter Integration: Server Display Version is 11.6.0.11:20200106.00  

User has read access only to a NX dataset as this is an engineering part and user is from Manufacturing group..

User opens the dataset in NX/CAM and tries to create NC part but can't perform save as or save the NC part.

It gives the error : "internal error: illegal instruction"

NX syslog complains about user not having write access to BOM View revision:

"ErrorValues message="The BOM View Revision "%1$s" cannot be modified. Please check your access rights." Code:"43021"  Line 4298:   <ns0:errorValues message="The BOM View Revision &quot;&#x25;1$s&quot; cannot be modified. Please check your access rights." code="43021" level="3"/></ns0:partialErrors>"

By clearing all the values for preference "TC_NX_CM_AutomatedDecision_Actions" the issue is now resolved.
