User has issues on accessing Study Manager Via PS on TC:

For the PS on TC issues, can you please verify the following preferences:
ActiveWorkspaceHosting.PS.URL = http://<serverhost>:<port>/EasyPlan – Study Manager in NX, MFG Search in PS
ActiveWorkspaceHosting.NX.URL = http://<serverhost>:<gatewayport> – Shows Active Workspace Navigator in NX
TCMAHosting.PS.URL = http://<serverhost>:<gatewayport> – Study Manger and Resource Search in PS
TCMAccessHosting.RAC.URL = http://<serverhost>:<gatewayport> – Study Manager in RAC
Final resolution:
The ActiveWorkspaceHosting.PS.URL & TCMAHosting.PS.URL despite working on a different device were not the same as the other two. Customer changed these prefrences to match the other two and that did resolve the issue on the device having the issue.
