NX File New dialog for Drawing template does not show any specification Relation template choices

The File New template for Drawing no longer displays the specification Relationship needed to build master model drawings:

This issue can occur in both native mode and Teamcenter mode of NX while using the following PAX file:

* Using Out of the Box default drawing pax file (%UGII_BASE_DIR%\DRAFTING\templates\nxdm_ugs_drawing_templates.pax)

* Using customized drawing pax file that contains proper syntax:

This is due to the following Customer Defaults toggle:

For Teamcenter mode:

Customer Defaults > Teamcenter Integration > General > File New tab: Master Model Support

For native mode:

Customer Defaults > Gateway > General > File New tab: Master Model Support
