How to Create a PMI Perimeter Dimension

 1. In an existing sketch, create a Perimeter dimension.

2.  Exit the sketch and in PMI, select 'Note', then the Expressions icon in the ribbon.

In the Expressions dialog, select the Perimeter expression -OK.

Back in the PMI Note dialog, enter additional text as needed "Perimeter=" and place the dimension where needed. 

 Note: This is associative. If the Perimeter expression is edited this note will update.
