Can you create a Parts List where the header’s text is set to
Center Justified, but some of the column’s texts have Left Justified?

1) Open the part that has parts list.
2) Select each column of the parts list, separately.
3) MB3 -> Settings -> Common: Cell: Text Alignment -> Set to ‘Middle Left'
4) Select all header cells: MB3 -> Settings -> Common: Cell: Text Alignment -> Set to ‘Middle Center’
The parts list should show something like this:
