NX Unable to align Datum Feature Symbol to Feature Control Frame

There is a Feature Control Frame that is stacked on a PMI Radial dimension. I am unable to align and place a Datum Feature Symbol with a leader line to that Feature Control Frame. Note that if the Feature Control Frame is not stacked with the PMI Radial dimension, it can be placed.

Reproduced Steps:

1. Create a PMI Radial dimension and a Feature Control Frame

2. Create a Datum Feature Symbol with a leader line aligned to the Feature Control Frame

As shown in the picture below, unable to create it with the leader line.( However, able to create without the leader.)

If Feature Control Frame exists independently, it can be created as follows.

This behavior is working as expected. Datum feature Symbol cannot be directly aligned with a leader line to a Feature Control Frame that is stacked.

WORKAROUND：

Create by aligning with the PMI Radial dimension that is the parent of the Feature Control Frame

or

Create Datum Feature Symbol without the leader line
