NX mom_attr_OPER_xxxxx - No NC Output

When assigning an attribute to an operation, that attribute is not outputting when postprocessing with Post Builder and using mom_attr_OPER_"attribute_name"  to output NC code.

TCL error occurred  with the properties set as seen below... the only value that output in the NC output was "CUSTOM_EPAC"

To correct the problem, the values of the properties on the operation had to be Upper Case. The properties set as seen below resulted in good NC output ...
