NX Shape Search NX Error - Standard C++ exception caught

Start Shape Search in NX using type body leads to Error: Standard C++ exception caught

Steps to Duplicate:

Install and configure Geolus

Configure Geolus TC Indexer using PLMXML

Index some test parts

Run Geolus Search in a Web Browser works

Installation Shape Search AWC features

Geolus Search in AWC works

Modify Customer Defaults for NX 

Save and close NX in case you modified settings and reopen NX.

Open an indexed part in NX

Start Shape Search in NX

Select type "Body" and Start the Search

leads to pop-up message: Standard C++ exception caught. See system log for details

And you should see below message in your NX log file.

+++ C++ std::exception caught: JSON data is not an object

Workaround/Solution proposal:

Ensure that "MCAD Integration" beside the below listed features has been selected during Teamcenter / Active Workspace installation.
