NX Ordinate dimension origin always displays zero.

After setting Preferences Drafting --> Dimension --> Ordinate

-->Toggle off "Display Zero at Baseline", however it still doesn't work.

Changing Preferences only works for new dimension in a new ordinate set. 

For existing dimension, you would have to edit the existing ordinate origin as below:

Hover the cursor over one of the dimensions --> MB3 --> Edit.  In the dialog, highlight Select Origin and select Settings --> Ordinate then toggle off “Display Zero at Baseline”
