Solid Edge Indexing of Solid Edge 2023 data managed files is not working properly

Indexing of Solid Edge 2023 data management files (SEDM) is not working properly which may cause problems with "Where used" and "Open Drawing" functionality in a Windows Server with Windows Clients environment.

The cause for this is that data may not been properly indexed by the underlying Microsoft Indexer process.

Consequently, a Debug Registry Switch is provided with Solid Edge Version 2023 Update 3, which will support the Microsoft Windows Indexing Process.

The following Registry Switch needs to be added as DWORD (32bit) value on Client machines:

Registry Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Siemens\Solid Edge\Version 223\DEBUG

Key: ENABLE_SEDM_INDEXER_ADDSTREAM

Switch Value : 0=off 1=on
