Flat pattern does not show correct geometry.

Flat Pattern is not correct. It does not match to the solid body.A newly created flat pattern does show the correct flat pattern

Why is first flat pattern out of date?

Delay Model Update was toggled ON. This visible in the Tools ribbon. When it is highlighted/marked then is is activated like below picture. Turn OFF "Delay Model Update" and the features will update.
