Unable to save Algorithmic Modeling rule - no write access

The following steps will allow the user to set up the ability to save the rules:The user needs to perform a File-> Utilities-> Customer Defaults-> Reuse Library-> Logical Rule Library tabToggle ON "Display Logical Rule Library in Browser" and set the location to a folder that the user has write permission to.
