NX CLSF output does not honor local MCS

Local/main MCS settings behave differently when outputting CLSF data compared to  post processing.  CLSF output does not write coordinates relative to the local MCS.

This is correct.  Local MCS output has never been supported in any of the default CLSF export options. The customer would need to customize the CLSF output tcl logic to handle this coordinate shift. CLSF customization is not supported by PLMS.
