NX Where is the user role file stored in NX?

Where is the utser.mtx file stored?

  In NX, the user.mtx file location has changed and is now stored in the following location:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Siemens\NX xxxx,
where "xxxx" represents the base version of NX.
